5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.
COREX is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, COREX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
