Due to hygiene and safety reasons, COREX compression garments are only eligible for return if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • The item is in original packaging

  • All tags, liners, and protective seals (if applicable) remain intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be approved.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless required by law)

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our website with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as COREX is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
